Horton Cafe-Bar is celebrating being open for one year! Over the last 12 months we have met so many interesting people from all around the world experiencing everything that Horton and the Yorkshire Dales have to offer.

We’ve served them nearly 2000 cups of tea and coffee to wash down 200 homemade scones and 350 slices of homemade brownie.

Sausage sandwiches just won over bacon sandwiches by 150 to 138 and weary walkers were refreshed with 300 pints of craft beer.

Not bad for a little cafe open just two days a week.

So from all of us to all of you – THANK YOU!

We hope to see lots of you this summer to help Bacon (with brown sauce of course) hit the top spot next year!
