Two of our Settle – Carlisle line stations feature webcams which means you can enjoy a live view of the line whenever you choose.
The stunning Yorkshire and Cumbrian countryside is a delight to view whatever the season, and you’ll never miss another train! Webcams are owned and operated by Railcam UK, not the Trust. We are happy to locate the cameras on our buildings and do all we can to support this service. If the webcam is black there is an issue with the camera, please try again later or please contact Railcam.
Important announcement
The webcams on Ribblehead and Kirkby Stephen stations have been switched off as at June 2021 at the request of Northern due to GDPR issues, however we have reached agreement with Northern and RailCam UK to retain the webcams below showing Horton in Ribblesdale and Ribblehead Viaduct.
You can also ride the line from an aerial perspective with the interactive ‘Explore and more’ website; featuring points of interest, sites and stories of the line.
